HiPath 3000 is a powerful platform for every sector of industry which can be upgraded to offer a variety of classic telephony services within digital, IP & SIP environments, combined with applications for Unified Communications.

HiPath 3000 has been the Siemens solution for small to medium sized companies, up to 500 users.

It is a traditional phone system that supports integrated gateways for IP & SIP telephony and can be upgraded to support OpenScape Office HX, an application platform which delivers unified communication features & functionality. e.g. presence, conferencing, multi-user-chat, status-based auto attendant, status-based call forwarding, voice & fax messages, and dial from any desktop application. Mobile staff can stay in touch with the office by using Siemens “myPortal”  web based application for Mobile/Tablet devices.

The latest OpenStage range of digital and IP phones can be used in conjunction with any existing OptiPoint 500, 410/420 phones still in use.
