SV8100

The SV8100 is a voice communication solution for up to 500 users.

It’s a technically superb phone system that can provide feature rich access to telephony features whether the infrastructure is IP, SIP or digital. It can also encompass fixed, mobile and converged communications such as e-mail, presence and instant messaging to make Unified Communications become a reality.

The NEC SV8100 phone system is very flexible and easy to use which becomes obvious within about 10 mins of getting your new phone.

Dolphin decided to adopt this product into the portfolio because, as a platform from NEC, the SV8100 shares some of the pedigree and technical robustness we loved about the DX products, whilst managing to keep the user interface and applications up to date and relevant to how people work today.

SV8100 telephones are like no other. Their modular construction means you can chop and change the design to suit exact business requirements.  You simply add bits on, like more keys, or change non display to display, or change a wired handset to a bluetooth wireless version. Your new part can be sent in the post and just slots in - a great investment protection and value for money.

SV8100 is particularly good at mobile applications like IP DECT for a more flexible way of working. Access to the main system features such as shared corporate directories mean employees are more reachable, more quickly.  Innovative features like “Location Detection” and “Man Down” can provide reassurance and real time alert indications in hazardous environments whether the threat is inanimate or human..
